About Me

Hi, I’m Stef! I’m an Intuitive Mindfulness Life Guide and Reiki Practitioner, and I’m passionate about empowering people to break free from the barriers holding them back so they can embrace their true, authentic selves. My journey to this path wasn’t easy, but it’s what shaped me into the guide I am today. It has changed the trajectory of my life, fueling my passion to help others embrace the power of mindfulness life practices so they can live more freely and enjoy a better quality of life.

For much of my life, I battled anxiety, depression, stress, and even experienced suicidal thoughts. These emotional struggles were intensified by physical symptoms like migraines, panic attacks, swelling, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, and diverticulosis. After trying countless doctors and medications, nothing seemed to help. In fact, the medications often made things worse. It wasn’t until I turned to mind-body practices that I truly found healing.

Through mindfulness, meditation, and other holistic tools, I was able to not only manage but completely transform my life. Today, I’m medication-free and no longer suffer from those emotional or physical ailments. It’s not about perfection—it’s about embracing mindfulness as a way of life, continually growing and reflecting.

What makes my approach unique is that it’s wholistic—meaning I focus on the whole person. I combine a variety of mindfulness life practices (both mental and physical), intuitive guidance through oracle readings, and energy work like Reiki, when needed, to create a deeply personal and transformative experience for others. This is why I consider myself a life guide and not a typical coach—because I believe you are the hero of your own story. My role is to guide you on your journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.

In my Empowerment Sessions, we’ll explore a wide array of mindfulness life practices, tailored to your unique needs. These could include a mix of techniques aimed at helping you cultivate awareness, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being. If it’s relevant—such as when you’re experiencing physical discomfort or stress—we may incorporate Reiki energy balancing to promote relaxation and energy alignment. Additionally, I use intuitive assistance, incorporating oracle deck readings to provide deeper insights and guidance, helping you navigate life’s challenges and opportunities.

My goal is to help you cultivate awareness, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being. My role is to empower you to take charge of your life, helping you break free from limitations and embrace your authentic self.

When I’m not working with others, I love spending time in nature, which is my happy place. I have a deep love for meditation, metaphysics, learning, and the science behind mindfulness practices.

I’m also a martial artist—holding a black belt in taekwondo—and currently practice Tai Chi, Qigong, and yoga. Life is about balance, so when I’m not grounding myself with mindfulness, you can find me dancing, singing, (which can also be considered mindfulnes life practices) and just enjoying the beauty of life. Oh and probably at my favorite sushi spot.
